 "The Voice in the Void"
A hollow emptiness,
It’s silence deafening,
In the void stretching before me.
Searching,
Longing for a bit of hope,
Yet finding none.

Was the toil in vain?
I sit in confusion,
The past blurring with the present,
The more I try to comprehend the future,
The darker and bleaker it seems.
It's like I am caught in an endless spiral,
Trapped in a dark, endless tunnel.

But I keep moving,
Feeling my way,
Stumbling over my feet,
But I keep moving,
Hoping I find it;
The eternal elixir
That quenches all thirst.

Suddenly,
Amid the stumbling and tripping,
A ray pierced through the darkness.
A beam of hope I never knew existed.
And then it spoke:

"You are mine, you are free"

Just like Saul met with Christ,
My heart was transformed,
Renewed,
Strengthened.
The power of His love flowing like a stream within me,
It's coolness refreshing my parched soul,
Planting an endless spring in my heart.

 "I am in You, and You in Me"

It echoed over and over.
Once He spoke,
But twice I heard.
With so much happiness in my soul,
 I limped as I felt the union of our hearts beating as one, wild and free.
An affirmation of His promise once again,
 That I am a participant of a truth that forever shines.
Now I know this is not my place,
So I rise
To the calling of my divine assurance,
Never again settling for less.
Wrapped in the warmth of His love,
I walk in the light of His life,
Father to child,
Spirit to spirit.

Hallelujah, Grace found me.

I am a partaker of His grace!
