Born on March 3rd, 1980, Evangelist Tolulope Toluwase, popularly known as Tolucci is a gospel music minister, Executive producer in multimedia (Audio, Video & Web ) and an Events Production Professional. He is also an Entertainment and Media Consultant, an ex-banker, social enterpreneur, public speaker and Founder of The MASS Movement.
With strong convictions, Evangelist Tolucci was ordered out of his thriving banking career in 2015 to concentrate on the work of ministry. He started out a programme which he thought would be a one-off outreach at Liberty Stadium in 2018 but contrary to his thoughts, that became the foundation of his outreach ministry

The Mass Movement is a subset of the MASS Global Impact Foundation, Eti-Osa, Lagos, Nigeria and as President of the foundation, Tolucci has led the organisation since September 2020. Significantly, the MASS City Storm & Campus Choirfest recorded an audience of 5,838 in Osun State at the Government Technical College, Osogbo. When the event held in Ekiti State at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium, Ado-Ekiti, it had in attendance an audience of 5,706 people. Also, in Ogun State, at the Abeokuta Sports Club, Abeokuta, the MASS City Storm recorded 7,396 people in attendance.
Although Mathematically and Financially Trained, Evangelist Tolucci is the EXECUTIVE PRODUCER/CEO of the TOLUccI Multimedia Company, Lagos, which he founded since Nov 2016
