PFN Women Wing to Host “Her Worth, Her World” Girl Child Empowerment Project

The Women’s Wing of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Lagos West Senatorial District II, is set to host a special girl child empowerment programme themed “Her Worth, Her World.”

The impactful event is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, by 10:00 AM at First Love Assembly, 30 Iya Oloye Crescent, Idi-Iroko, Maryland, Lagos.

According to the organisers, the programme is designed to inspire, educate, and empower young girls to embrace their God-given purpose and identity while resisting societal pressures and negative influences. The initiative carries the message: “Empowering Purpose Over Pleasure and Pressure.”

The event will feature notable Christian women leaders and ministers who are passionate about mentoring and raising purpose-driven girls in society. Expected speakers and guests include:

Speaking on the vision behind the initiative, the organisers announced on social media noting that every girl child deserves the right guidance, spiritual support, and moral foundation needed to thrive in today’s world.

“Every child has got a future. Her choices should be tailored toward her God-given purpose. Her worth is the voice of her future,” the organisers stated.

The programme is expected to gather girls, parents, church leaders, educators, and mentors from across Lagos for a day of spiritual impartation, mentorship, empowerment, and life-transforming conversations centered on purpose, identity, and destiny.

Christian leaders and stakeholders have continued to emphasise the importance of faith-based mentorship and value-driven initiatives in shaping the next generation, especially in a rapidly changing cultural environment.

The PFN Women’s Wing encouraged churches, parents, and guardians to support and encourage young girls to participate in the programme.
