Life gets heavy, people you trust walk away, Bills pile up,prayers feel unanswered, some nights, you just Stare at the ceiling and whisper, " God, I'm tried."
–Even Jesus Christ felt it. "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful even to death". Mark14:34
if the beloved son of God admitted it was heavy, you're not weak for feeling it too.
–Heavy, overwhelmed seasons have purpose.
Muscles grow under weight. Gold purified in fire. 2 Corinthians 4:16
" our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory."
The weight is working, not wasting you.
–You are not a lone.
psalm 55:22 " cast your burden upon the Lord, And He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved ."
God didn't ask you to be strong enough, He asked you to be honest enough to drop it at His feet.
So, when ever life gets heavy, overwhelmed: Don't quit,Don't pretend, Don't fake it, pray, cry if you must , then stand.
The God who carried the cross can carry you.
Your heavy is not your end, its your setup
