Popularly known as Frank Richboy, Minister Frank Ugochuckwu Edwards was born on July 22, 1989. He is an Igbo Nigerian contemporary singer, songwriter, and recording artist that has risen to prominence over the years with his style of music. He is a certified world class sound engineer and the founder of the record label Rocktown Records, the home to recording artistes such as Frank Edwards, Gil, Dudu, David, Divine, and many more.

Born into a very humble family of seven, he grew up with five siblings. He is from Enugu state in South-Eastern part of Nigeria. His talent started shining at a very young age 10 when he started singing and learned to play piano from his father at this young age. He also gave his life to Christ during his teenage years.

Biography of Frank Edwards

Frank Edwards started singing at the age of 10, and it was no other place but his local church. Coupled with his keyboard skills, he started ministering outside his church and at the biggest stages across the country.

His rise to prominence can be attributed to God strategically leading and placing him in the ministry of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Christ Embassy aka Believers LoveWorld Inc. It became a turning point in his life and career. Even though he had a different ambition while growing up, but it all changed when he started following the man of God.

Biography of Frank Edwards
While growing up, he has a dream of becoming a pilot, but while following the man of God, he loves the way Pastor Chris worships, and that inspired him to go after music as a career.  He later joined The LoveWorld Records and that gave him the avenue to share the stage with iconic music artists such as Sinach, Samsong, Joe Praize, and so on

Joining the ministry was not only enough, but he also located where he could function well for God. He joined the church music team, of which he was not lacking both in singing and playing musical instruments.

He became a Presidential band member for Pastor Chris Oyahkhilome and later became his personal keyboardist.

When he released his first album in 2008, it was totally autonomous of the LoveWorld Records. But when the President, Pastor Chris listened to the song, he carried the burden of promoting the song. The first step of promoting was within his congregation while urging them to get the CD. He also gave him the opportunity to perform live in the church programme and it makes the first time Frank Edwards will be standing before a crowd.

The contemporary singer is single and many fans might be wondering about this. It was reported he had a relationship with one Chisom – a Nigerian lady who was studying in the united state as at that time. The couple broke up in 2012 on a very good note. Currently, he has not been saying anything about his relationship.

Since he came to the limelight, he has been scooping several awards. Even though he cannot be limited in the number of awards he has or will be collecting, but he has the following in his archives already:
