Biography of Pastor Ebi Agbiki

 

Pastor Ebi Agbiki who is popularly known as "Pastor Ebi" is the founder and Pastor of Love Haven Church International with its headquarters based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Pastor Ebi Agbiki was born and raised in the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Growing up, she got born again shortly before her admission to study Electrical/Electronics Engineering in the University of Lagos.

As an undergraduate in Unilag, she joined the Lagos Varsity Christian Union, an interdenominational Christian group on campus where she was soon appointed as an executive member in several capacities. Her strong desire for studying and teaching God's word led her to hold several teaching meetings on campus.

As a student, Pastor Ebi Agbiki also organised and held outreaches and crusades in conjunction with local churches in locations such as Mushin, Ajegunle and Epe where souls were won and several healed of sicknesses and diseases in their bodies.

Ministry and Theology

Pastor Ebi actively pastors the Lagos branch of Love Haven Church International, the church runs on the vision of taking the light of the gospel to the nations of the world and its mission statement is "Changing Lives, Helping Nations".

Services run every Sunday at its Lagos and Port Harcourt venues located at Rita Lori Event Center, 1, Taoreed Street, Surulere, Lagos and 4, Agudama Street, Dline, Port Harcourt respectively. The Church also holds services every wednesday, these midweek services are tagged SUED (Supernatural, Uncommon, Extraordinary, Divine) services as they are targeted at helping attendees understand and walk in divine verities.

The church holds many other programs with the main purpose of transforming lives and helping attendees along the path of fulfilling God's plan and purpose for their lives, some of such programmes include the monthly Spirit Bible Class which holds every last Saturday of the month, Christian Root Academy, a seven-week foundation school, the annual Love Haven Church Christian Conference, A Beautiful Life annual mega outreach and the end of the year Much More Camp Meeting.

Ebi Agbiki's life and ministry is focused on helping people come to the full realization and understanding of their oneness with the Lord and expressing this oneness on the earth, walking in the same steps as the Lord Jesus Christ did while he walked on this earth. To this end, she teaches that the purpose of every Christian is to be all that the word of God is. She also ministers the healing power of God in many of her meetings often through the use of the word of knowledge, in which she calls out cases of healing of bodily infirmities in attendees with many testifying to having received healing as their case was mentioned.

She has authored a number of Christian literature books including but not limited to; The Lay Minister's Handbook, Reign In Life, Big Things and They Are Waiting For You (The inspiration you need to win souls). She is known to produce and distribute most of her books for free to various communities as part of the church reach out programmes.

Personal life

Ebi Agbiki is a sincere and passionate lover of the Lord, a friend of the word, committed to winning souls, teaching God's word and leading others to do the same.

She has two younger siblings who are also actively involved in the ministry.

Outside her strict regimen comprising of her Christian devotion, ministering God's word and church administration, she is occasionally known to play the guitar and even compose songs, some of which are sung in the church.

Philantropic work

Ebi Agbiki through her church ministry has embarked on several philanthropic efforts, one of them is the annual Love Haven Scholarship Funds program which aims at identifying diligent students and supporting their tertiary education financially.

The church has also held a number of free medical outreaches to local communities over the years, locations where this medical outreaches have held include Mushin, Ajegunle and Ejigbo.
