Self-care simply just means taking care of yourself. It is anything you #intentionally do for your own well-being and happiness. Prioritizing your #physical, #mental, #intellectual, #environmental/#social and #spiritual wellness. Some of the so many ways to practice self-care are listed below; Getting enough sleep Setting boundaries Practicing gratitude Positive attitude Time management Acts of kindness Taking breaks when necessary Knowing your personal signs of stress Being organized Setting realistic & achievable goals Rewarding yourself As easy as all of these may seem, it may be challenging to practice self care therefore, you have to be intentional with it. Self-care isn't selfish, it is a necessity and you deserve it.
