The World Missionary Conference commenced in Edinburgh, Scotland. This significant event is often regarded as the formal beginning of the modern Protestant Christian ecumenical movement.

June 15, 2024

  • On this day in Christian History, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) scheduled its triennial Youth Gathering around mid-June 2024. These gatherings typically feature worship, service projects, and fellowship for high school-aged youth.
