GFN Hosts Annual International Conference

Nigeria's gospel film market is in line for a revolutionary technical and spiritual transformation this November as the Gospel Filmmaking Network (GFN) is organizing its Annual International Conference on the dynamic topic, "Equipped to Exploit." The four-day summit, dated 20th to 23rd November 2025, is dedicated to equipping and empowering every member of the crew dedicated to sharing the Christian message through media. The conference, especially geared towards the very important technical crew members who work behind the camera, is focused on building excellence, collaboration, and professionalism among the Christian filmmaking community and equipping a new generation of film creatives to rise up to the challenge of effective filmmaking. The conference will be hosted at The Redemption Camp KM 46, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Mowe, Ogun State, Nigeria.

The information being brought together for this conference takes into consideration the shift in the creative and commercial aspects required in modern gospel ministry. Marking the trend for digital monetization, Imade Bibowei Osuobeni, Circuit Streaming Platform's Chief Operating Officer, will lead a critical session titled: "Beyond YouTube: Monetizing Gospel Films in the Digital Age". As COO of a top streaming platform, Imade is an expert in information about safe, sustainable content delivery and how filmmakers can effectively tap the digital space to attract stable, repeat revenue. Adding monetization focus is Ewoma Luther-Abegunde, Kingdom Film Festival Founder & Film Director, whose session, "The Festival Advantage: Using Film Festivals to Amplify the Gospel," will lead the audience through leverage of international exhibition platforms to get noticed and take on credibility. Ewoma, a seasoned Film Marketing Strategist and Distributor, presents insightful lessons on leveraging the worldwide film market to sell faith-based content effectively.

The extensive array of speakers is rooted in the network's leadership core, including Evang. Mike Bamiloye (Chairman, GFN BOT), David Okeowo (Vice Chairman, GFN BOT), and Kayode Babalola (Director General, GFN). They are accompanied by a multi-disciplinary team of experienced trainers such as Damilola Mike Bamiloye (Gen. Secretary, GFN), Rex Nwakamma (Executive Producer, USA), Chris Oden (Executive Producer, IBB Studios), and Joy Odiete (CEO and Blue Pictures Film Director). The team offers the participants a complete education in technical production, direction, music, and business management. The main aim of the conference is to provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and resources that will enhance the skills and proficiency of its members so as to uphold high standards and professionalism in gospel film production.

To prospective participants, a Special Group Discount Price of N100,000 is offered for the GFN Conference. Given the value of the technical and spiritual information, professionals are invited to register in haste as this exclusive pricing will be discontinued on November 1st, 2025. Registration is available directly online via the official web page, gfn.ng, and further inquiries may be directed to +234 816 361 1098.
