Pastor Shola Okodugha presents powerful new music titled "Alagbara," a spontaneous worship track that features renowned gospel artist TY Bello and BBO.
While the song’s title is the Yoruba word "Alagbara" meaning "The All-Powerful" or "The Almighty God," Pastor Shola Okodugha himself provided the deep spiritual definition, establishing the track as a declaration of God's absolute sovereignty and limitless authority. According to the Pastor Shola Okodugha, "Alagbara" specifically refers to the One who has the power to subdue and overcome, to enthrone and bring into obedience, to enforce compliance, and to act as the ultimate Sustainer and Defender. The track is a heartfelt declaration of God's might and glory, beautifully conveyed through a soul-lifting melody that affirms God does big things with little effort.
TY Bello gives a powerful testimony to the miraculous origin of the song: "Alagbara". She said "it came forth spontaneously during a worship session with Pastor Shola Okodugha at The New Church. This was the day before my mother's surgery, and I knew God's presence was where I needed to be for her healing. "Alagbara" was recorded that night, and after the successful surgery, my mother returned to perfect health. The song drops on the October 22nd, on my mum's birthday, to remind me to never forget to say thank you for the mighty and the little things that God does". The song is currently streaming on all platforms.
