The Creative power of God always does creative things. It creates where there is nothing, just as it happened in Genesis 1:1 through the end. It is so effective to perform diverse miracles and show signs that are least imagined just as Jesus converted water to wine in John 2:1-11. The creative power comes into the believer as at the time of Salvation. It is the same power that recreated Jesus of Nazareth from mortality to immortality in split seconds and raised him up to die no more.
When harnessed according to the ordinance of scripture and applied to life issues, every believer in Christ can do anything. Nothing becomes impossible to him/her. It is this power that is spoken of in John 1:12 which reads that to as many as received Him, he gave them power (right) to become God's children. The power is authority and rights for the believer in Christ.
Jesus had this power in MIND when He said in the book of Mark 9:23 that all things are possible to him that believeth. By this, He meant that all things are possible unto whoever posses this creative power at salvation because this power will put whatever, wherever, for whoever over anytime, anyday.
This power is stronger than the heavens and the earth because both Heavens and earth were created by this power. It is stronger than any known and yet to be known human weapons. It is for this reason Jesus said in Luke 10:19 that He gave us power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy.
The Bible in Isaiah 54:17 says "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD." This shows that weapons can only prosper in the lives of individuals who do not know the power of Christ
Also, scriptures in the book of Isaiah says that the power of God is our HERITAGE as servants of the Lord Jesus. Jesus' resurrection made that heritage a reality and so a believer lives and walks by this power. The knowledge of the power of God in the life of a believer must be felt with so so much effect. It is its enabling force to helping the believer achieve extraordinary things to the amazement of many.
When a believer exercises the strength of God's creative power, he has the mind to speak and it will be fulfilled across the earth. It is by this power that the input of words by decrees become output in miracles for fellows and not once where there are ready receivers.
By this power, Philip trans-located in Acts 8 and by the same power, anyone can do the same today if needed. By this power Jesus and Peter raised the dead in scripture, Peter raised a crippled man in Acts 3 and Paul did same in Acts 14. Jesus grew the shorter hand of a man in Mark 3 all by this same power. This makes it extremely possible for anyone to do the same now. This power is the same as long as the Holy Spirit lives in a believer and the gospel of Salvation has joined him with Christ.
The simple reality is this: If we preach the same gospel preached in scripture by the same power applied in scriptures, we will see the same results they saw in scripture and even much more. Jesus Christ promised us this in John 14:12 where He says greater things than these shall ye do. As such, if our results are different, then we are missing something.
One fascinating thing about the power of God is that it is not difficult to get, apply or use. God's power can be manifested everywhere and every time. The working knowledge of this power is what many believers lack. This is because any power that cannot do what it says is either absent or its possessors lack the working knowledge.
Whenever a believer communicates about God's power, it rises up from within for immediate action. This confirms its authenticity. A life of godliness is a life of Power and every supposed godliness that lacks all forms of power is not godliness. The Gospel of Christ does not lack power. There is excess power flow in the kingdom of God, displayed in teachings and practice
