Born on June 20 1954, in Ororuwo, Boripe local government area of Osun State, Nigeria, Bishop Felix ‘Remi Adejumo is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Agape Christian Ministries Worldwide. He is an anointed preacher of the gospel in demand at conferences and seminars worldwide.

Bishop Felix Adejumo is known for his peculiar love in encouraging people to be their best in life; he believes nothing is impossible. His soft spoken nature has endeared many to him and the wisdom he portrays in his teachings and conversations has made him a man of known repute. Papa, as he is fondly called, has a great burden for leadership and fires from all cylinders when talking to leaders and about leadership.

He is happily married to Reverend Funke Felix-Adejumo, his wife of over thirty years. They got married on the 8th of September, 1984 and they are blessed with four biological children (two sons and two daughters), grandchildren, and numerous adopted and spiritual children.

Bishop Felix Adejumo has authored books, including Abuse Of Leadership, Strength For Tomorrow, The Sevenfold Covenant and The Woman In Your House.

Rev. Mrs. Funke Felix Adejumo was born in into a poor family in Ibadan, Oyo State on January 28, 1963. According to her story, her relatives were expecting a boy and not her.

Her mother used to sell everything she could come by just to feed her children, and at one point, things were so bad that there were no plates in the house, as she had to sell them to pay for medicine when her son (Rev. Mrs. Funke Adejumo’s brother) fell ill. Despite the hardship, she managed to go to school till she graduated. At age 14, she became a born-again Christian and over the years, she has worked on improving herself and making the lives of those around her better as well.

In 1982, when Rev. Mrs. Funke Adejumo was studying at the University of Ibadan, she met her husband. The romance bloomed quickly, as he proposed to her the same year on September 8, and the couple tied the knot on September 8, 1984. The two founded the Agape Christian Ministries. Before, they had been living in Ibadan, but relocated to Ondo State in 1987. Today, the Agape Christian Ministries is a large ministry with more than 30 branches all across the country.
Funke Felix-Adejumo is the President of the Funke Felix-Adejumo Foundation. Her foundation aims to help people who live in poverty with a focus on women, especially widows and single mothers. Her unique unction and utterance has endowed her to the hearts of people that have listened to her at conferences and seminars around the world.

She has a great passion for womanhood with a divine purpose on earth “Honouring God and Blessing Humanity”. This vision has transformed into many projects such as the Grace Orphanage, a Children’s Hospital and much more. Her foundation is dedicated to making worldwide impact with a special call to restoring dignity to womanhood and equipping women from all over the world.

Rev. Funke Felix-Adejumo has authored over 50 books such as “Fifty Lessons Life Taught Me“, “My Seed is Designed for the Palace“, and many others.  As the mother of the Agape Family Worldwide, hers is a story of a woman helped by God.
The Agape Christian Ministries was founded 7th August, 1988 and held her first service same day with two families as first members. Prior to this time, Bishop Felix ‘Remi Adejumo (then brother Adejumo) had received the call of God in Ibadan to raise a new people with the possibility mindset for Christ Jesus. From that time, the Lord has continued to bless the ministry, having grown in leaps and bounds to several thousand members, spread across ten states of Nigeria, over thirty-five (35) parishes, several ministry arms and across three continents of the World.
