It was a Friday night. I had some sort of vigil where I reflected on my entire life up to that point, I saw what I have missed and what I will miss if I didn't change. I say all of the good (bad) things I had done for the devil and take a little look at what I would have done for God’s kingdom if I had made a decision a long time ago.
It’s never too late a voice whispered in my ears, yet at that same time another said“so you want to leave all of these things you did in the past for something that is not even certain ” I had this argument in my head for some couple of minute, I looked around and my friends where there, watching it was as if they knew, I took a deep breath and stood up and walked up to the alter, I made that TURNING POINT IN MY LIFE, I made the change and I can proudly say that it has been wonderful and I’m certain of a bright future in Christ.
The story above is about a young man, who was put on a cross road with no direction on the right path(tho the right path was starring at him) he had to make a decision, a decision that will either bring him joy or sorrow. A turning point happens when something changes direction, and it causes you to make a choice. It's the moment you decide that you need to make a shift and respond differently. It could be that what was happening before is no longer what you want to happen in the future.

If you are anything like me, you’ll look back on your life and recognize many pivotal moments. At times like these, you can no longer disregard the knot in your stomach or the ache in your heart. On the other hand, it could be that you’re feeling a powerful calling that there is something bigger and better waiting for you.
The exciting thing about turning points is the possibility that you could decide to change something. And, when you do, everything suddenly falls into place. From this position, you know exactly what you need to change, so you can move away from the chaos and into the calm, like I did.

I pray God opens our eyes to see where, when and how we need to make a change, to make a U-turn in our lives.
You may be faced with a cross road, which may come in the form of a difficult condition, depression, financial backwardness and so many terrible things the devil must have put in your way to block you from seeing the light, from seeing the direction to make a U-turn, from making a positive Turing point in your life. Hebrews 12:2
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…..
