A raging infernal fire here

Dance wildly on my altar.

My passionate dance at the gate,

I perform only for your eyes.

I behold in your hands grace great

And human words will not suffice.

With every breath of 'fire air'-

A moment I do not spare

Desperate, I threw my heart in

To feed the flame within,

It will not quench in nidation

I will bear it to every nation.

To the child born of this little spark

That is, to light all that is dark;

Everything I give and sow.

Creep, leap, quiver, twist, turn, burn glow, grow!

Soar! Flames, with an intenser light

That none should see a fierier fire

Is my heart's prayer and desire.

My passion will blaze and flare-

Its embers crackle, burn with rage

Like new wine, gets better with age

And the flickering red of all that I am

I render my poem of poems and psalm

On this altar of awe and godly fear

Each day you find delight in my

Psalmodus and its melody

You see my dance and hear my chant

Of ever increasing guttural groan

You hear and know that which I can't.

 On this altar I pour my heart

'Here lies my heart' It is your own. 

And watch it burn a sweet fragrance

A theandric mix of ecstasy

And myself being the sacrifice
