Evangelist Michael Abayomi Bamiloye (MAB), who is popularly called Mike Bamiloye, is the founder and International President of the Mount Zion Faith Ministries, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian film actor, dramatist, producer and director. He is also a Drama Evangelist and the founder of the Mount Zion Television.
Evangelist Mike Bamiloye was born on 13 April 1960, oin Ilesa, a town in Osun State southwestern Nigeria but hails from Ijebu-Ijesa in Osun State. He lost his mother when he was 4 years old. His elder sister, Pastor. Mrs Felicia Adepeju Adesiyan looked after him till when he was old enough to look after himself. He was trained at Divisional Teachers’ Training College at Ipetumodu where he began his career. Mike Bamiloye founded Mount Zion on 5 August 1985. Mike Bamiloye's debut drama, titled Hell in Conference was staged at the National Christian Teachers Conference in 1986 at Ilesa in Osun State. He has featured, produced and directed several Nigerian gospel films over the years.
On 5 August 1985, Mike's proposal was accepted by Evangelist Mrs. Gloria Olusola Mike-Bamiloye which marked the beginning of the Mount Zion Faith Ministry. He is married to Gloria Bamiloye, a Nigerian film actress and evangelist, and blessed with three children - Damilola Mike Bamiloye, Joshua Mike Bamiloye, and Darasimi Lawrence Oyor (Nee Mike-Bamiloye). God has also blessed him with grand children.
Like her husband, his wife, Evangelist Gloria Olusola Bamiloye is a Nigerian dramatist, film actress, producer and a director. She is a co-founder of Mount Zion Drama Ministry. She was born at Ilesa, a city in Osun State, South Western Nigeria. She attended the Divisional Teachers Training College at Ipetumodu where she was trained as a school teacher. She met Mike Bamiloye in 1983 and eventually married him. Together they co-founded the Mount Zion Faith Ministry on August 5, 1985. She has featured in, directed and produced several Nigerian films and drama. In the year 2002, she wrote a book titled "The Anxiety of Single Sisters.
