Biography of Daniel Chukwunonso Johnson (Ko’rale)

Daniel Chukwunonso Johnson, who is popularly known as Ko’rale, is an urban trad, socio-gospel music producer, studio structure consultant, singer and song writer with a blend of creativity, nativity and professionalism. He believes in giving your heart enough room for expression.

 

 

Ko'rale grew up in the eastern part of Nigeria where his interest for music was birthed. Later in his life, he moved to Northern Nigeria to further his education. That was where his passion became obvious. He went to a neighbourhood music academy where he was introduced to solid music for the first time ever with  the drum set. Amidst the exuberance, he found the piano, a lot more interesting and switched. Afterwards, he refined his music career into a stage synthesizer before he got the first call to go into commercial music production.

In his early years, Ko'rale loved music concerts and was inspired by stage performance. He replicated his passion by hosting the first Urban Reggae and Classical Music Concerts. Today, Ko'rale is the founder of HAT (Hot and Talented) Community, a youth foundation bent towards grooming positive careers and developing to unleash them as well. Mylestro Muziq was the second record label found under HAT Community to enable full room for productivity. 

Ko'rale currently works as a music producer with Phantom Muziq, his own record brand in Abuja, Nigeria.

 

Ko'rale came to limelight after his hit song, Commando, featuring Greatman Ademola Takit.
