Afolabi Samuel Peniel is a graduate of Information Systems (B.Tech) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is a young and passionate man with an Apostolic Mandate to establish Righteousness Every Where In Gentile Nations. The mandate is shortened as an acronym "REIGN."

God has committed a Global Vision to him including an Assignment of ensuring the Emergence of young people who will be Righteousness Enforcement Agents, Built, Equiped and Sent into the nations of world as stars in a dark world.
