Steve is a Pastor with the Living Faith Church Worldwide for over a decade now and currently serves as the National Youth Pastor of the commission. In this role, he also doubles as the Chief of Staff to the President; Bishop David Oyedepo.
Pastor Steve Ogah is a distinguished Pioneer Eagle of Covenant University and a dedicated minister with the Living Faith Church Worldwide, where he has served for over a decade. He currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President of the Commission, who is also the Chancellor of Covenant University, and as the National Youth Pastor of the Living Faith Church, Faith Tabernacle.
His leadership journey reflects vision, resilience, and consistent growth. As a pioneer member of the Covenant University Student Council, he gained valuable experience in the banking sector before successfully establishing and managing a thriving business enterprise. Responding to the call of full-time ministry, Pastor Steve has served in diverse capacities within the Church, both in Nigeria and the United States.
A dynamic communicator, inspiring teacher, and mentor, he is deeply passionate about capacity building, personal development, and purposeful living. Pastor Steve is happily married to Dr. Love Ogah, and together they are committed to empowering lives and raising godly leaders.

Steve and Love met on the grounds of Covenant University. Love, a student of Oral Roberts University, and Steve, a senior at Covenant, paths crossed one summer, and their passion for the kingdom and love for God has led to several years of friendship, over 10 years of marriage, and 3 beautiful daughters. Today they both serve as trail-blazing leaders in the Christian community and currently reside in Ogun State, Nigeria.

Our goal is to nurture a generation of young Nigerians who demonstrate independent thought, critical analysis, and a passion for meaningful change. This competition challenges students not only to highlight the key issues driving insecurity, but also to offer creative strategies that can strengthen Nigeria’s future and contribute to a safer society for all.
Pastor Stephen Ogah is happily married to his heartthrob, Pastor Dr. Love Oyedepo Ogah, a biological daughter of the God’s servant, Bishop Dr. David Oyedepo.
