Divine Promises were made before the foundation of the world was laid

Articulated by prophets in their holy conclaves

Realized by the Son who is worthy of praise-

Revealing the invisible God’s mercy and great grace

 

Alpha spoke it and Omega put it in place

Father Abraham foresaw it and Moses sought to partake

Isaiah proclaimed it and Zechariah caught a quick glance

Yet, it was concealed till the dawn of a new age

A new age unveiled with the birth of a virgin’s babe 

 

Only if you will believe, you will see the glory of the Lord

Freely all can receive through the sacrifice on the Cross

 

He has been lifted up and He has drawn all men to Himself

Christ in man and man in Christ;

A union resulting in eternal life

 

What God has joined together-

Let no man put asunder

Christ is joined with us forever

And we have now received our marching orders:

To spread this gospel and reach others

Like the woman who met Jesus by the well

To reveal the Kingdom of the Father

And snatch mortal souls from the grip of hell

First partakers of his grace

Now stewards of his ways

First partakers of his grace

Now beholders of his face

Giving him glory for the rest of our days

 

Great promises were made before the foundation of the world was laid

Royal priesthoods have been formed since the object of the cross was raised

Jesus is quickened and I am quickened with him

Jesus is risen and I am risen with him

Jesus is seated and I am seated with him

Reigning forever as a Priestly King
