Former Vice President of Nigeria and o Pastor, Professor Oluyemi Oluleke Osinbajo has

In a YouTube video upload titled: Evidence of Things Not Seen: My Story of Logic Running out and Grace Stepping in

Keynote by His Excelency, , PROF. YEMI OSINBAJO, SAN, CON, IMMEDIATE PAST VICE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA AT THE BIAZO LEADERSHIP SUMMIT DURING THE 25TH EDITION OF BIAZO CONFERENCE 2026 OF THE REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD (RCCG)

started thinking of what to share this morning, especially because the topic is "Build to Last", and I think we already know that the foundation upon which anyone can build to last is Jesus Christ, no question at all. And the scripture of Matthew 7, verses 24-27 is that scripture that talks about building on the rock

But we speak, of course, of the Rock, the real Rock with a capital R, the Rock which is Jesus Christ. And anything that is built on this Rock will withstand wind, it will withstand rain and floods. However, I thought rather than spend too much time on the theology, I should share my own experience, my experience as a Christian, my experience in the process of building upon this Rock.

Then he walked into a restaurant.
What happened next, involving a Danish colleague, a hidden whisky glass, and three unexpected words, would quietly settle a debate he'd contemplated with since giving his life to Christ. No drama. No condemnation. Just a moment of unmistakable clarity.
