Doreen Omosele, popularly known as TMA ("The Mrs. Aaron"), is a Nigerian minister, author, and social entrepreneur. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation (BGOF), an NGO dedicated to rehabilitating women out of the sex trade, and President of When Ladies Gather (WLG), a women's ministry. Since 2017, her foundation has reached more than 700 women across Nigeria and South Africa.
Early Life and Testimony
Doreen Omosele has been open about a difficult early life that shaped her present-day mission. She has shared that she was raped as a child, endured molestation over several years, and later struggled with sexual addiction - experiences she has said left her grappling with an identity crisis before she found healing and a renewed sense of purpose through her faith. She has spoken about this journey publicly, including through her own writing, as both her personal testimony and the foundation of her advocacy for other women who have survived exploitation and abuse.
Doreen is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and completed her NYSC service year in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. She also trained as a certified creative designer through Orange Academy and works as a filmmaker.
Founding Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation
Doreen founded the Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation (BGOF) in 2017, beginning with a visit to a brothel in Calabar, where she and a small team started reaching out to women in the sex trade with care packages and conversations. That single visit grew into a structured, registered nonprofit dedicated to helping women reclaim their dignity, rebuild their lives, and find sustainable, legitimate livelihoods.
Since its founding, BGOF has reached more than 700 women and girls across Nigeria and South Africa, offering counselling, skills acquisition training, financial literacy education, and spiritual mentorship. In 2023, the foundation established the Blossom Rehab Home, an empowerment center built not only to remove women from harmful environments, but to help them rebuild their sense of identity from the inside out. The foundation also tracks graduates for up to two years after completing the program, offering continued counselling or booster business grants if needed.
Beyond direct rehabilitation, Doreen has also launched the Girl Again Project, aimed at addressing the root causes of vulnerability to the sex trade - working further upstream with girl-child development, rather than only responding after exploitation has occurred.

When Ladies Gather (WLG)
Doreen also serves as President of When Ladies Gather (WLG), a non-denominational ministry that has grown to over 1,000 women. WLG is built around helping women build intimacy with God, gain clarity about their purpose, and pursue their lives with determination, through regular gatherings, teaching, and mentorship.
Public Speaking, Conferences, and Recognition
Doreen is a sought-after transformational speaker, having addressed audiences both locally and internationally. Through her Warrior Woman Conference, group coaching programs, and mentoring initiatives, she has helped hundreds of women confront shame and trauma and pursue healing. Her advocacy earned her a nomination for The Future Awards Africa in the Community Action category.
Filmmaking
As a certified creative designer and filmmaker from the Orange Academy, Doreen produced her debut movie, February 14th, an emotionally driven film exploring hope and healing for women who have experienced abuse, which has since been streamed by thousands of viewers. She is reportedly also developing a short documentary exploring life after rehabilitation for graduates of the Blossom Rehab program.

Doreen Omosele is happily married to her heartthrob, Aaron Omosele - a union reflected in her nickname, TMA, "The Mrs. Aaron." The couple are raising their family together while jointly carrying the banner of the Lord Jesus Christ.
