Pastor Korede Komaiya, the Presiding Pastor and founder of The Master’s Place International Church, has inaugurated Dreamland, Master’s City, the ministry’s new worship facility in Effurun, Delta State, and is set to host the ministry’s anticipated International Founders Conference 2026.
The inaugural service held at the newly completed auditorium along KM 3 Refinery Road, Effurun, was charged with thanksgiving and praise as members gathered in their new home for the first time.
“Our first service in our new home. A truly historic moment. Welcome to Dreamland, Master’s City. This is the beginning of a new chapter,” the pastor said at the opening service.
The ministry described the atmosphere as one of collective gratitude:
“Today, our voices rose in gratitude as hearts united in one sound before God at our inaugural service in Dreamland, Master’s City. What a glorious beginning. Every song, every moment of worship, and every lifted hand reflected our thanksgiving for all God has done and the greater things He has prepared for this new season.”
Expressing confidence in the facility’s purpose for the Kingdom, the church added: “This is only the beginning. Lives will continue to be transformed, destinies will be established, and generations will encounter God in this place. To Him alone be all the glory.”
A Ministry Born from ₦25,000 and a Vision
The opening of Dreamland, Master’s City is not merely a building project — it is the latest chapter in a faith journey stretching back more than three decades.
Olukorede Olanrewaju Omoyemi Komaiya was born on September 4, 1970 in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State. After completing his education at Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) and serving his NYSC year in Jos, he joined Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel) under Bishop David Oyedepo, and was ordained as a full-time pastor in January 1996, beginning a series of missionary assignments across multiple locations. He is a spiritual son to Bishop David Oyedepo and is also directly mentored by Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministries.
In 2008, Komaiya founded The Master’s Place International Church in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, before relocating its headquarters to Warri, Delta State. His own account of entering Warri to plant the church has become widely known in Nigerian ministry circles: “Exactly 10 years ago with Twenty-Five Thousand Naira and a Toyota Sienna, I entered Warri to start The Master’s Place International Church. Never ever despise the days of little beginning.”
From that beginning, The Master’s Place International Church has grown into a dynamic and upwardly mobile ministry headquartered in the city of Warri, Delta State, Nigeria, with the mandate to reform, rebuild and restore humanity and the planet earth to glory, honour and dignity by raising influencers. His passion for lost souls and his unusual evangelistic anointing takes him and his special team on weekly evangelism on the streets, and he also ministers locally and internationally in indoor and outdoor miracle programmes such as Healing Schools and The Avalanche of Miracles Crusades in high capacity stadiums across the globe.
The ministry has also established media outreach programmes including the Life Coach Radio Programme, the Thrive 365 Television Programme, and The Master’s Academy, a leadership training institute focused on personal development and capacity building. Beyond ministry, his humanitarian organisation, The Samaritan Army, provides support to leprosariums, orphanages, destitute centres, and sex workers.
He is also the author of bestselling books including *Money Sense*, *Personal and Corporate Branding*, and *Taking Your Place in Any Organization*, and co-authors the daily devotional *Millionaire Brace* with his wife. He is married to Pastor Esther Omotayo Komaiya, the Deputy Presiding Pastor of The Master’s Place International Church, an economist by training and an insightful teacher. Together, they have four sons: Isaac, Joshua, David and Daniel.
## International Founders Conference 2026
The dedication of Dreamland, Master’s City also marks the beginning of the ministry’s International Founders Conference 2026, running from **Monday, July 13 to Thursday, July 16, 2026**, with daily sessions starting at **4:00 p.m.**
The conference will hold at Dreamland, Master’s City, KM 3 Refinery Road, Effurun, Delta State, and is expected to draw thousands of worshippers, ministers and believers from across Nigeria and beyond for four days of biblical teaching, worship, prayer and spiritual impartation.
Organisers say participants should expect life-transforming teachings, divine encounters, supernatural empowerment and practical wisdom designed to position believers for greater impact and enlargement.
Church leaders have described the conference as a prophetic season of enlargement and new beginnings, and are encouraging believers within reach to attend.
The commissioning of Dreamland, Master’s City represents one of the most significant milestones yet for a ministry that began with a car and a small sum of money — and has grown into a reference point for church planting, evangelism, and ministry excellence across Nigeria’s Christian landscape.
