RACAi Global which was founded by Apostle Charles Osazuwa, is a growing Nigerian Christian ministry committed to spreading the Gospel through excellence in media, technology, worship, and discipleship. We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Video & Motion Graphics Editor to help produce compelling digital content for our local and global audience.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Video & Motion Graphics Editor who can create engaging, high-quality video content for church services, conferences, online broadcasts, documentaries, social media, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical excellence and has a strong eye for storytelling, motion graphics, typography, and visual branding.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate shall

• Edit sermon videos, promotional videos, interviews and documentaries.
• Design high-quality motion graphics and animated titles.
• Produce engaging social media video content.
• Create opening sequences, lower thirds and broadcast graphics.
• Colour-grade footage for a professional finish.
• Edit multi-camera productions.
• Work closely with the media and communications team.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all ministry platforms.

Requirements

Applicants should possess most of the following:

• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of colour correction and colour grading.
• Strong typography and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with Chroma Key compositing.
• Ability to customise After Effects templates.
• Experience using Element 3D plugin.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools and production plugins.
• Experience editing multicamera productions.
• Ability to work independently and under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have

• A Degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 2+ years professional editing experience.
• Previous church or ministry media experience is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
