Keep the fire burning by Olarinde Elijah Pelumi

Keep the fire burning by Olarinde Elijah Pelumi

Warriors! You have forgotten that you are on a battle field.
You are resting when the war is fierce.
You have forgotten that the enemy never seek peace.
You thought your victory of yesterday is an assurance that you will win today .

Complacency have gripped you.
You are satisfied with good.
Have you forgotten that there is a better for every good
You are so full of your yesterday's success and you have not discover that you are failing today .
Glories of yesterday is what filled your mouth.
Your today is void of victory and glory of God.

Your destiny is at stake due to lukewarmness.
Souls attached to you are perishing while you slumber .
Your slumbering is at the detriment of many destinies.
Day after day, your eagle is becoming a duck .
You are now for getting your source of strength.
Complacency is robbing God's glory upon your life.

Arise! Burn the fire on your altar .
Following God is a daily task.
Your yesterday's price is not enough for today's victory .
The fire on your altar must not be quenched.
You have to burn the fire daily , so that you will be relevant before God.

Have an active prayer life.
Renew your strength.
Charge your spirit daily.
Make your mind fertile by putting God's word first place and making a lifestyle out of the word of God.
Carry your cross daily so that you can receive the crown.

Warriors! Never forget that those who endure till the end shall be saved.
Make the fire on your altar to keep burning.
Burn the fire daily, following God is a daily task.
May God help us all.
The Lord is your strength.

  3. Resting and sleeping won't end the war, it will only end you. We have to face the enemy and fight resiliently and with mightiest weapon.

    Well-done Pelumi

The price of yesterday is not enough to buy today's victory. That caught me. Well-done Pelumi. You're doing well
