World Prayer Stretch Day 11: Prayers for Azerbaijan

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we welcome you to Day 11 of our Prayer stretch for countries across the world. Today, we are praying for Azerbaijan. Kindly find the prayers below:

Prayer

Lord we thank you for Azerbaijan. Thank you for your light in this land.

Dear Lord, we pray with great faith, that just like you blessed Jabez and enlarged his territory, you  grant us increase in this land. Let people see us and marvel at the wonder you have made out of this nation. We pray that you send foreign help to this nation to strengthen the faith of the church in you. We ask for help for missionaries and Christians in the land and pray that God's light will shin upon them.

We pray that the inhabitants of the land are steadfast and obedient to the will of God. We ask the Holy Spirit to begin a revolutionary conviction in the hearts of the people and bring them miraculously to the light of Christ. We pray for an increase in the miracles and testimonies of salvation to the glory of the Lord. 

 

Massive death has no place in this land. We pray that every sponsor of crime and terrorism in this land will be bought to book by the power of the Almighty. We specifically pray for foreigners in the land that they prosper and bear fruit according to the word of the Lord. There shall be no plague upon the land in the name of Jesus.

 

We pray for peace in this land in Jesus' name. Amen
