WE BORROWED A WEDDING GOWN !!!!
It cost about N25,000 to buy a modest one in those days, but we couldn't afford it. I just rounded off my MSc International Relations programme at OAU Ile Ife and went straight into the full time Drama Ministry.
N25,000 was huge money to us so we settled for a rented gown of N3,000 only. The gown actually cost N2,000 but we paid A1,000 extra for transportation and dry-cleaning services. Even my wedding suit which cost N7,000 was donated by my Pastor and his friend.
