Born on 1st December, 1983, Apostle Isi Agbonkhese Igenegba is a Nigerian minister, business executive, author, and leadership coach. She is the founder and Lead of the People of Influence Network, a multi-national ministry active in 12 countries; founder of the Isi Benedicta Institute; and convener of the Mantle of Deborah, a movement that has empowered more than 5,000 women across Africa, Europe, and North America.
Early Life
Isi Agbonkhese Igenegba is the youngest of seven children born to Tony and Benedicta Agbonkhese, from Uromi, Edo State, Nigeria. She has credited her upbringing — shaped by her parents and six older siblings - with instilling in her a strong sense of service and selflessness, values she has said guided her throughout her life. Her mother's career with the Nigerian Police meant frequent relocations during her childhood, and she attended roughly ten different schools growing up, an experience she has said sharpened her ability to connect with people across different backgrounds.
She completed her secondary education at Mayflower Secondary School in Ikenne, Ogun State, where she was active in the school's Literary and Debate Society — an early foundation, by her own account, for her later work as a speaker and coach.

Early Career
Isi began her professional career gaining hands-on experience in a mining company in Ghana, before moving into the oil and gas division of BG Group. It was after meeting her husband, Adolphus Bobby Igenegba, that the couple went on to found Strom Global Services Ltd, an ISO-certified indigenous oil and gas services company operating across Nigeria, Texas, and Canada, offering manpower solutions, marine support, procurement, and flowline maintenance services. Her husband serves as Managing Director, while she leads as Director of Human Resource Management and Administration.
In 2015, she partnered with her brother, Ben Agbonkhese, to found Sprouts Natural Foods and Lifestyle Products, a food manufacturing company with operations in Lagos and Canada, built around promoting healthier dietary alternatives in the Nigerian market.

In 2017, Apostle Isi founded, and has since led the People of Influence Network (POI), which she describes as a global ministry mandated to awaken believers to the power and authority of the gospel through prayer, worship, teaching, and training. The network has since grown into a multi-national spiritual movement with more than eight ministry expressions active across twelve countries - including the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Canada, Jamaica, Guyana, Nigeria, Ghana, Botswana, South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda. Through her office, Isi has partnered with leaders in government, education, and the private sector on initiatives spanning business and economic empowerment, governance reform, and cultural preservation - society in general
Isi Benedicta Institute
In 2020, during the global COVID-19 lockdown, Apostle Isi founded the Isi Benedicta Institute, a coaching, consulting, and training organization built around a mission to equip leaders and organizations. Its flagship program, *Luminary*, has trained leaders and corporate executives across Africa, Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia in building sustainable systems and strategies for growth.
The Mantle of Deborah
In 2022, Isi launched The Mantle of Deborah, a movement dedicated to empowering women in leadership. It has since impacted more than 5,000 women across Africa, North America, and Europe, hosting conferences in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Botswana, the United Kingdom, France, Uganda, and the United States that blend spiritual teaching with practical, real-world leadership training.
In 2024, Isi served as Africa Lead for Lou Engle's One Million Women Prayer Rally, mobilizing women across African nations to pray on the Day of Atonement, October 12, 2024.
