Pastor Sarah Ogbueli is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), where she met her husband, then a young undergraduate of Industrial Chemistry who had already begun ministering on campus. What began as friendship between the two students blossomed into a relationship grounded in shared faith and purpose, leading to their marriage in 1996 - the same year Pastor David Ogbueli's ministry, which would later become Dominion City Worldwide, was formally established.
