As the ministry continues to expand its media outreach, it is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor / Videographer to join its communications team.

Job Summary

Are you passionate about visual storytelling and Kingdom impact?

Femi Lazarus Ministries is looking for a talented Video Editor /Videographer who can produce high-quality video content for sermons, conferences, online broadcasts, documentaries, social media, and ministry campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, creativity, and an eye for compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

The Video Editor’s key roles shall be to

• Capture high-quality video during ministry events, services, and conferences.
• Edit sermon videos, promotional content, interviews, and documentaries.
• Produce engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the media and communications team on creative projects.
• Maintain consistency with the ministry’s visual identity.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Organize and manage video assets and project files.

Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Proficiency in professional video editing.
• Experience operating cameras and recording equipment.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, framing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate shall 

•  Degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Mass Communication, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with a church, ministry, media house, or creative agency is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
