The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania has launched a new digital platform aimed at expanding gospel outreach and strengthening Christian discipleship through technology.
Named KKKT Digital, the platform was officially unveiled during the church’s General Assembly in Dodoma by Presiding Bishop Dr. Fredrick Shoo. According to church leaders, the initiative seeks to make biblical resources more accessible to believers across Tanzania and beyond.
The platform offers a wide range of Christian materials, including sermons, Bible teachings, devotionals, discipleship resources, and other faith-based content designed to support spiritual growth regardless of location.
Church leaders described the launch as part of KKKT’s commitment to embracing digital innovation while remaining faithful to its mission of proclaiming the Gospel. They expressed hope that the platform would help reach younger generations and people who increasingly consume content through digital devices.
The initiative reflects a growing movement among churches worldwide to leverage technology for ministry. Across different Christian denominations, digital platforms are becoming important tools for evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement, allowing churches to extend their reach beyond physical gatherings.
As internet access and smartphone usage continue to grow across Africa, church leaders believe digital ministry will play an increasingly significant role in sharing the Christian message and equipping believers in the years ahead.
