Christians React to Sola Allyson's Statement, Says Christians and Muslims Don't Worship the Same God

In a trending video online, popular Nigerian gospel music singer, Sola Allyson and Nigerian actor, Lateef Adedimeji melted the hearts of internet users as they performed together at an exclusive event. The clip from their performance showed the moment Lateef Adedimeji made some Quran recitations as the instrument played on. This has caused an uproar among Christians on social media.

While the video left goosebumps on many other netizens, Christians have reacted to the content of the video, especially where the gospel artiste mentioned that Christians and muslims worship the same God. Other internet users who watched as they spoke commented on the unity in diversity that the two stars portrayed with their actions.

The video started with Lateef singing about God’s goodness and how he had received mercy. Sola Allyson then came in with the popular Christian song titled, ‘Olorun to Lagbara’ by Minister Peterson Okopi before the actor rendered quranic recitations in another clip of the video.
